6. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your products, but for hygiene and safety reasons:

• We do not offer refunds or returns on any opened or used products.

• Unopened, unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

To initiate a return, please contact us first for authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
